Background
I'm a software engineer focused on the intersection of machine learning and production systems. I build things that have to actually work — inference pipelines that serve real requests, ETL workflows processing tens of gigabytes, and backend APIs that hold up under load.
My work spans both applied ML engineering and backend infrastructure. On the research side, I collaborate with Studio Lab — a computational social science lab that began at CU Boulder and whose PI later moved to Princeton, rehiring me as a direct research assistant. There, I've built large-scale political data pipelines and NLP systems covering 40+ years of Indian parliamentary debates. On the engineering side, I currently work at CU Boulder's Institute of Behavioral Science, where I'm building a production ticket classification system using fine-tuned BERT and a React analytics dashboard.
I hold a B.S. in Computer Science (Business Minor) from CU Boulder — graduating with a 3.65 GPA and 5x Dean's List honors — and I'm currently pursuing my M.S. in Computer Science with an AI specialization.
Outside of work, I run a self-hosted home lab (TrueNAS, Docker Swarm, 24TB storage array), which keeps my infrastructure instincts sharp and gives me a playground for things I don't get to do at work.
